Where will you travel to?
A.For now, we travel within an hour of the Gold Coast however anything over an hour will have an increased travel fee due to the expense of fuel. Though this can vary as per availability.
What happens if I have to cancel at the last minute?
A.Cancelling due to emergency is completely understandable, however cancellation due to inorganization and/or change of plans is not accepted. A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel a photoshoot. If there is a cancellation within this limit, you will be required to send in a cancellation fee (this will be 30% of the overall cost of the photoshoot). Cancellations without any contact are not tolerated and if you refuse to pay the cancelation fee, you will be sent an invoice anyways.
What happens if my horse accidentally breaks some of your gear?
A.In the extremely rare occurrence of your horse breaking my gear, you will be required to pay back at least 90% of what the broken property is worth. However, to avoid this issue, all gear is kept in a safe and secure place when not in use. Please see our Terms & Conditions or Terms of Service for more information.
How should I prepare my horse for a photoshoot?
A.Although it varies between each photoshoot, always ensure that your horse is clean with no stains and all white parts of the horse's body are as white as possible. A black background style photoshoot will have the requirement that the horse is braided unless specified.
Will you send us the RAW images?
A.No, I may show you small sneak peaks, however you (as a client) will never be sent the raw/unedited images.
When can I expect the final images?
A.Keep in mind that it is entirely dependent on the time of year the shoot takes place. Images should be expected 2-3 weeks after the shoot, although shoot requiring more editing (like fine art or portraiture) can potentially take up the full 3 weeks. Contact me for any questions about this!
